Jul 05 | Al Gore in Australia?

It’s true. Al Gore is visiting Melbourne, Australia next week on Monday, the 13th of July. The purpose of his visit is to speak to 1,000 invited guests of “business, engineering, opinion and political leaders it believes can help it produce a clean-energy transition plan to rapidly decarbonise the Australian economy.” Source.

He has reportedly been approached by Professor Bob Carter whilst on his Australian visit. As of yet, no reply has been received, therefore an educational protest will occur outside where Al Gore is to speak. Please consider being there if you can. Al Gore’s breakfast begins at 7am at Docklands Peninsula. Those attending will meet at southern cross station at 6.15 am. I won’t be attending, since I live in a completely different state.

I wonder how Al will be getting to Australia? By a private jet perhaps?
